Not satisfied with your order or received the wrong size? No problem! You can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

How to Return Your Order

1. Email us at support@jamesandeva.com to request a return form.

2. Fill out the return form completely and include it inside your package.

3. Ship the product back to our fulfillment center (return address will be provided by email).

4. Once we receive your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Conditions:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.

• No signs of wear or damage.

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless the item is defective or incorrect).

• We recommend tracked shipping.

Exchanges (Size Issues)

• Email us with your order number, the new size you need, and a photo of the item you received.

• We’ll provide an exchange form and return instructions.

• Once we receive your return, we’ll ship the correct size free of charge.

Defective Items

• Send us photos or a short video of the defect.

• If confirmed, we’ll ship a replacement at no extra cost.
